Senior C# Developer

Title: Senior C# Developer– Permanent / Contract
Location: Dublin

My client is one of the world's leading investment banks and they are currently looking for C#/SQL Server developer. This would be a 6 months Contract based in their innovation centre in South Dublin.

The candidate will be responsible for development in C# and SQL Server skills (ideally in SQL Server 2005). This is a very exciting role and is well suited for strong developers with a keen interest in investment banking. It offers opportunities to learn about technologies used in banking as well as ongoing training and the opportunity to work with and learn from technologists who are experienced in delivering successful large scale solutions.

The successful candidate will be working on a high profile project in a rapidly expanding business sector in the RDI centre.

Skills / Experience – Some or all of the following will be beneficial

• Advance C# and SQL Server 2000/2005 Skills
• Knowledge of Database optimisation
• Experience in Basic design patterns and OOP
• Degree/Masters or equivalent experience.
• Three years plus post qualification technical work experience.
• Experience in Banking/ Finance businesses a plus.
