SENIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPER FLEX
The role is based in a multinational software development organisation located in the city centre.
We require a Senior Software Engineer with strong development experience and problem solving ability. The Senior Software Engineer will have a strong technical engineering background with a proven track record in the design, development, and implementation of multimedia and rich internet applications and is used to working in a team environment.

Specifically you will manage the development of software solutions, on site as well as directing contract and outsource resources. This involves the design, development and prototyping of rich internet applications (RIA) / web applications. The implementation and support release of enterprise applications and the design, documentation and communication of processes for content development and maintenance.

We would like to meet candidates with at least 4 years development experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science/multimedia or comparable industry experience. You should be experienced in developing dynamic, interactive content in Flex (Flash Builder 3 & 4)/Flash (Action script 3.0)/ XML and have good understanding of web technologies, object oriented programming and development frameworks. You are a person who likes working as part of a team on multiple projects simultaneously and you are innovative, creative, flexible and self-directed. Ideally your background will include directing the design and writing of high-performance, reliable, and maintainable code within the area of distributed systems and websites.
