My Client has an immediate requirement for a CRM consultant in a client facing role. The successful candidate will have experience gathering requirements and implementing complex solutions on at least one major CRM platform in a blue-chip environment. Experience working with data coming from multiple sources is a primary requirement of this role. Considerable experience working with complex data sets from multiple sources is also a must. Some travel may be required.
Requirements:
– Familiarity with at least one major CRM platform (salesforce.com, Dynamics CRM, Sugar CRM , vTiger)
– Excellent written and verbal English
– Experience in a business analysis role
– SQL on at least one RDBMS platform (Sql Server, MySQL, Access, Oracle)
– Client-facing
Bonus if you have:
– JavaScript
– C# / ASP.NET
– (X)HTML
– Service-Oriented Architecture
– Project Management Experience
