JOB DESCRIPTION
As a IAM Engineer on the Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) team, you will have a pivotal role in supporting the company's mission by building and supporting world-class Identity and Access Management solutions.
What You Will Do:
* Design, implement, configure, and support technologies that provide IAM services, such as IGA, PAM, PKI, MFA, SSO, Secrets Management, and application-to-application authentication
* Design, implement, and help to oversee operational processes and practices
* Design and implement IAM integrations and processes, such as:
o User onboarding and offboarding
o User provisioning and deprovisioning
o Entitlement Management
o Application integrations
* Support audit activities through engineering efforts to automate and provide visibility, as well as developing reports and interfacing with audit personnel
* Create and maintain detailed documentation to support the implementation, maintenance, and operations of technologies
* Align technology designs and technology enhancements industry standard technology and security frameworks
* Assist in collecting, analyzing, and prioritizing stakeholder requirements for implementation
* Interpret and/or discuss information with others, which involves terminology or concepts not familiar to many people; regularly provide advice and recommend actions involving rather complex issues.
* Manage and grow stakeholder relationships, including creating feedback loops, frequent engagement, and helping to set and manage stakeholder expectations
* Act as IAM subject matter expert for business leaders, end users and IT staff in the areas of application architecture and implementation
* Serve as an escalation point and mentor for other IAM team members
* Lead and assist with operational incident response activities, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis
QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements:
* 3+ years successfully implementing and operating IAM solutions
* 5+ years of experience in information technology engineering and operations
* Proven work experience with technologies and products used to implement modern IAM practices and designs
* Strong understanding and experience with the implementation and functionality of Identity and Access Management systems and controls
* Experience implementing at least one of the following PAM solutions: CyberArk, Thycotic, Okta, Sailpoint, BeyondTrust, or Unbound
* Experience with PKI
* Experience with Active Directory and/or other LDAP directory services
* Expertise in platform security, administration, and management, such as Microsoft Windows Server administration and/or Linux system administration
* Experience implementing and operating technologies that are SaaS-based and running in Cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS)
* Experience working with a DevOps team, practices, and culture
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills
* Experience in working in highly regulated industries
