Skills/Experience;
• 4+ years’ UX Design experience
• User Research, Interviews, Surveys & User Testing
• Wireframes, user flows, journey maps, personas, high fidelity prototypes
• Design thinking approach
• Adobe Creative Suite
• HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Facilitate Workshops, Mentor Junior Designers, Deliver Presentations
• Present findings & concepts to senior leadership and other stakeholders
• Financial Industry experience is beneficial
