We are seeking to recruit 3-4 x IT Support Engineers for a Global Software Giant, working in their Support Centre in Ireland. You will be supporting leading edge Technology in areas such as Cloud engineering, AI, cybersecurity and Networking, resolving technical issues including software integration, network & infrastructure, software product support to Corporate Business customers operating in Germany.
Most of the support is provided over telephone, chat & email platforms.
In addition to the technical support & troubleshooting, where capable, other aspects of the role include delivering technical training and presentations to both technical & business users.
You will receive extensive product training, particularly in the initial 3-6 months to bring up to speed on this multinational's core software product suite, offering excellent technical engineering training, career progression & earnings potential.
Expertise & skillset
You must have fluent German & English with a technical support background & excellent technical troubleshooting skills as a minimum. Any experience of IT networking, systems support, cybersec / infosec, cloud technologies or related areas is highly desirable.
Technical Engineers with a background in networking & firewalls and any exposure to cloud engineering or InfoSec, Cyber Security are ideal. A natural ability to communicate, a passion for technology and a desire to provide a quality, technical service at the enterprise level is what we are seeking!
Salary level - €Mid-Senior Level Base Salary + benefits
Excellent pay & full benefits package on offer - Blue chip, with a range from mid level to Senior Technical Support Engineer level, dependent on experience. 3-4 open vacancies.
Location: Cork, with remote-working flexibility.
