Job Title: BI Analyst with QlikView/QlikSense
Location: Dublin 3, Ireland
Duration: 1 year contract with extension
Role Purpose:
- Client Ireland Sourcing Team is responsible for the development and execution of sourcing strategies to leverage relationships across the enterprise to achieve best total value. The Business Operations Team supports all the activities which make the Sourcing team successful.
- The Strategic Source Spend Analysis role will be responsible providing analysis and analytical consulting services to the strategic sourcing organisation in Client Sourcing Ireland, coordinating with Category Sourcing teams and Business Operations to provide data driven insights across Billions of dollars in spend and across multiple operational business processes. The successful candidate will be a dynamic professional and team player with a transformational approach, with knowledge, skills, abilities and experience to bring significant data driven insights to the Business.
- SAP Master Data Taxonomy Mgr role will be responsible for the coordination and leading of elements of the following Business Operations teams: Program Management, Audit Governance and Business Analytics. The role will consist of both run management activities and also provide the opportunity to own and lead elements across the teams. The successful candidate will be a dynamic professional and team player with a transformational approach to Business Operation areas, with the knowledge, skills, abilities and experience to design and execute processes in a global environment supporting the Sourcing Organisation.
Key Accountabilities:
- Reporting to the Data Analytics Manager, the Strategic Sourcing Analysis will be responsible for, but not limited to the following areas:
- Reporting to the Programs Manager, the Process & Governance Co-ordinator will be responsible for, but not limited to the following areas:
- Work with Category Sourcing Experts to spec, design, build, and support category and supplier reporting models Master Data Strategy facilitator
- Work with Client IT to develop and evolve the strategic sourcing reporting functions and capabilities through providing inputs into development programm and supporting testing of delivered feastures
- Work with the Business Operations to to develop operational reporting models and scorecards to manage and control the Strategic Sourcing operational andAudit activities
- Collect and share sourcing taxonomy categories with the relevant teamsDefine Souring taxonomy categories and working with the relevant teams to build out the required model to support their business needs
- Define and develop structures for correct and enhanced reporting capabilities
- Develop categories of Data with the Sourcing and procurement organisation
- Linkage into and feed in category strategies
- SAP data structures in SAP / Metadata in SAP
- Build effective strategy and engage with 100+ people to implement same strategy (From individual contributor to Director level within the organisation)
- Contract Management knowledge (understanding and working of contracts)
- Ability to deliver and present strategy roadmap and progress to Director and VP level Ensuring the highest level of accuracy across all engagement with supported teams

Person Specification Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business Intelligence
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience working in a cross functional, virtual team environment
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
Desired Experience:
- Experience in QlikView/QlikSense development
- Experience in Six Sigma
- Proven track record in Master Data Environment
- Project Management experience
- Has worked with multiple Experience with ERPs / SAP launch projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of Business Analytical approaches and applications (including basic knowledge of Power BI)
- Ability to work in a fast paced matrixed global environment
- Advanced Excel skills and understanding
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite applications (including PowerPoint, and Word) and Google docs
