itContracting are seeking applications for a strong Desktop Support Engineer, this is a permanent position located in Co.Cavan
 
The Service Desk Specialist will be responsible for providing end user support and server maintenance.  Within this role you will gain experience through exposure to large scale Group wide projects and implementations. 
 
The successful candidate will be joining an existing Infrastructure and Service Team responsible for the end-to-end design, implementation, and support of Group Infrastructure, both hardware and software.
 
The role requires the individual to be fully proficient with supporting latest client/server operating systems and cloud technologies.

The successful candidate should be proficient with support of:

- Active Directory - AD trusts; DNS; DHCP; Group Policy Management
- O365 Admin & Management
- MS Exchange
- Windows Server OS
- AV solutions
- Patching solutions
- Audio Visual Equipment
- Networking
- End user computing

 
Candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland or currently hold a Stamp 4 Visa to apply.
