Technical Pre-Sales Engineer / Technical Architect

itContracting are currently seeking applicants on behalf of our enterprise client, a leading systems integrator and managed service provider based in Clonmel, to place a Technical Pre-Sales Engineer / Technical Architect with them.
 
Our client provides IT solutions that increase operational efficiency, enhance visibility and ensure traceability across industry sectors such as Pharma, MedTech, Manufacturing, retail etc. Their
innovative IT solutions are a mix of Cloud, Hardware, Software and smart technology.
 
If selected you will be working as part of an existing Professional Services team the successful candidate will also work closely with the CTO & Sales Team to provide technical assessment of customer applications in pre-and post-sales situations.
 
The ideal candidate will have 3+ year(s) of experience in a similar role in an Enterprise Organisation with a strong technical competency, with experience deploying and implementing complex solutions.

- Cloud technologies such as ASW or Azure
- Database administration experience (SQL, MYSQL, Oracle)
- Operating system experience (MS, Centos, Ubuntu)
- Automation scripting skills (PowerShell, python,)
- Data visualisation experience (Power BI, Kibana, Qlik View)
- Industry certifications: Cloud/Security/Microsoft/Cisco (MCITP, MCSD, MCSA, MCSE, ITIL, CCNA, CCIE)
