Network Support Engineer or Cyber Sec Support Engineer sought for a Global Software Giant, working in their Support Centre in Ireland, providing complex technical support & consulting in German. You will be providing support in areas such as Cloud engineering, cybersecurity, InfoSec, Networking & Infrastructure, resolving technical issues revolving around market leading Cyber Security Software.
Your technical expertise will involve resolving issues including software integration, network, infrastructure, IT security software support to Corporate Business customers in Germany. Your engagement with clients will be provided via telephone, chat & email platforms.
In addition to the technical support & troubleshooting, where capable, other aspects of the role include delivering technical training and presentations to both technical & business users.
You will receive extensive product training, to bring up to speed on the specific Cloud & Cyber Security software product suite.
To be considered suitable, you must have fluent German with technical experience in areas including networks, firewalls, infrastructure support and ideally knowledge in IT security software or Cyber security, Infosec or related areas.
Excellent troubleshooting skills, the provision of Technical Support to clients / customers is essential.
Excellent pay & full benefits package on offer, depending on level of experience. We are seeking a mid level & a Senior Support Engineer. Ideally you will be resident in Ireland and willing to travel to the coroprations's offices post-lockdown, at least part of the week.
Salary Package = €40-50K + benefits
