Job Description
In this IT Helpdesk Technician position, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance across our growing client base in our Managed Services Department.
Duties Include:
Provide a quality phone, email and remote support to our client base where you will diagnose and resolve a verity technical issue.
Being able to manage multiple issues throughout the day.
Logging / managing tickets and keeping records & customers updated.
Updating help desk documentation so that support information is available and current for each customer.
Communicate activities updates to Service Delivery Manager and fellow Managed Services team members (& Project Team members when applicable)
Complete weekly time sheets.
Joining the out of hours team in time.
Skills Required:
An ability to communicate verbally and via email / tickets with all customers in simple to understand manner.
An understanding of the business impact of ICT Systems and devices
An ability to follow through and close out all issues to customers satisfaction
Be able to work under pressure and with a high volume.
Most be able to think logically and to be analytical in problem-solving.
Education:
You must have a minimum of CompTIA or equivalent.
Fluent English speaker.
