TalentScope Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Level 2 MS-Intune Support Engineer on a permanent basis.
Your role will be to support the MS-Intune UEM platform for mobile/endpoint device integrations/day to day support issues.
*MS-Intune Administration/Support Skills - Minimum of 1 year required (this is essential - please note your application cannot be considered without this skill).
*Previous Service Desk Support Skills - Minimum of 4-5 years providing Level 1 and Level 2 Support (2 Years) required
*Strong general IT Support -Windows Operating Systems/Active Directory/Azure/
*Mobile Phone Operating Systems Support (iOS/Android Operating Systems/functions/features)
*Previous experience with UEMs and integration of endpoint devices via Windows 10.
*Candidates must have experience working with Multiple clients concurrently for support issues on a Service Desk.
*Be experienced in following SLAs with clients and adhering to KPIs to achieve these on a daily basis.
Please note, this role will not sponsor a work permit application. Candidates must be currently eligible to work in Ireland (EU Passport/Stamp 4).
