Systems Support Engineer (SharePoint)

I'm currently working with an exclusive client in the financial sector as they work on doubling the size of their Dublin office by the end of 2021. At the moment their priority is finding the first member of their Dublin based support team. This role will support all users in the Dublin office and also provide remote support to other teams globally as part of the larger systems engineering department.

This position requires a candidate who has experience of working in a broad role where they wore a lot of different hats and had to support multiple different teams. If you'd been the IT leader in a small company where you have been the go to person for any issues then this role might be something that will really interest you. You'll be tasked with everything from level 1 and 2 support right up to automating of tasks using Powershell.

The team have spotted a slight skills gap in the SharePoint area so you will need to have strong experience support and administering SharePoint.

Desired Skills/Experience:

* Extensive Microsoft systems support experience.
* Windows Server
* Office 365
* SharePoint
* Azure
* Powershell Scripting
* Strong L1 and L2 hardware and software support skills
* Excellent communication skills
