Full Stack Java Developer required with an expanding multinational based in south Dublin. This is a rolling 6 month day rate contract. The Java Developer will join an existing Product team working to create key digital platforms for internal and external customers

Responsibilities

•                 Design, Test and Develop applications running in the public cloud.

•                 Work within a highly motivated Agile team to produce quality software

•                 Design innovative solutions to problems on continuously evolving applications.

•                 Write Unit tests to ensure code is proven to work before being deployed to Test environments.

Requirements

•                 5+ years’ experience with Java in a server environment

•                 Commercial experience using ReactJS (required)

•                 SOAP and/or RESTful Web Services with Spring or another similar framework

•                 Tools – Well versed with IDEs and command line tools, CI/CD, and Devops toolsets

•                 Experience in a multinational and multi-cultural organisation highly desirable

•                 Excellent verbal and written communication skills to both IT and non-IT audiences

•                 Use of Design patterns and ability to demonstrate best practices
