TalentScope Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of our client in Dublin is seeking a Level 3 Windows Support Engineer for a permanent role in Dublin (Hybrid Role - office/home based).
Skills that are essential are.
- 5 years relevant experience, preferably a mix of security, support and systems integration
- Multiple Customer Support Experience - supporting a number of clients concurrently in terms of their Infrastructure/Support Systems.
- Clear communicator with excellent written skills as a large proportion of our transactions are via ticketing
- Excellent problem solver and correcting any issues found
- Excellent customer experience
- Experience with Mobile Operating systems such as iOS, Android and Windows Phone
- Strong mentoring skills
Skills required in the following are essential.
*MS-Exchange Server - Current Versions (plus ActiveSync)
*Active Directory/AZURE AD
*SSL PKI
*IIS
*VMWARE VSphere
*Client Certificate Authentication, SCEP
*Networking (Routers/Switches), Firewall Configuration,
*Windows 10 Management via UEMs
*UEM Solutions expertise.
