Your Role:

* Working with your data team to design, build, and deliver innovative applications in an efficient manner
* Driving initiative and building data solutions while providing actionable insights into key business metrics
* Leading and collaborating with your data team to design scalable processes for the business
* Liaising with product owners, product managers and your team to implement high quality, production-grade data pipelines, and ETL processes.
* Providing operational excellence with a focus on performance analysis, optimization, and tuning

Your Experience / Skillset:

* 4+ years of hands-on experience in BI and Data Engineering
* Data Engineering Lead experience
* Advanced understanding of dimensional modeling
* Ability to build and optimize data pipelines, transformations, architectures, and data sets is required.
* Strong skills in SQL Server, MySQL/Redshift
* Good experience with data tools such and other reporting tools is preferred
