Python Software Engineer (SRE)

This role will sit on the development side of my clients infrastructure reliability department. The primary responsibility will be focused on back-end python development with some movement over time towards front end (React) or data analysis.

My client operate in the global financial markets and this role will play a crucial role in ensuring any infrastructure issues are solved and automated as quickly as possible. You'll be working on large scale projects focusing around latency, monitoring and other crucial issues whilst also keeping a key focus on automation.

The ideal candidate will be someone from a python engineering background with experience developing production APIs in Python. They will also be interested in exploring React and Data analytics to deliver end to end solutions within my clients infrastructure environment.

There will be a clear career path with excellent opportunities for training and progression.

Desired Skills/Experience:

* 1-3 years hands on python experience.
* Exposure to React.
* Experience with Docker/Kubernetes.
* Exposure to AWS environments.
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
* Exposure to Kafka/Spark would be a big bonus!
