We are looking for a CRM Consultant to work with our client's Customer Delivery and Pre-Sales team. This person will be key in customizing, implementing and supporting clients with their business solutions.

Responsibilities

* Lead change to improve client's overall level of service
* Gather requirements, configure, test and manipulate data
* Deliver quality solutions to clients
* Deliver product training to clients
* Provide support to the sales team
* Analyse CRM market, develop product roadmap and suggest business improvements

Requirements

* Previous experience as a CRM consultant is essential
* Able to analyse client needs and map between needs and a configurable product
* Experience with SugarCRM features
* Experience effectively communicating with delivery teams
* Ability to work remotely and visit customer sites
