An exciting new opportunity has opened for a recent graduate or someone with a few years of industry experience. This opportunity will offer you the chance to grow in your chosen field with many candidates going on to become developers or move to application support.
* Interact with customers via telephone, e-mail and the web, providing technical support and problem-solving abilities
* Identify, evaluate and prioritise customer's problems whilst formulating plans of resolution
* Provide in depth Root Cause Analysis to the helpdesk manager for all issues resolved
* Escalate unresolved issues to implementation team programmers or the Helpdesk Manager as necessary
* Strong knowledge of SQL, .net and C#
* Azure, Xamarin, Teams, CI/CD experience will set you apart
* Excellent documentation skills
* Able to build rapport quickly
* Excellent communication skills
* Ideally 2 years' experience in a similar role
