Provide excellent customer service
Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently
Evaluate and prioritise tickets
Provide in depth root cause analysis and communicate your finding to senior manager
Escalate unresolved to senior colleagues
Document all troubleshooting techniques
Strong knowledge in one or more of the following development languages SQL, C#, .net.
2 years Helpdesk experience
Excellent communication skills
Experience working in a high-pressure environment
Career progression (application support lead to junior developer)
