Senior QA Engineer – Dublin 15
My Client is an Irish Software Development company providing Software Solutions to the FMCG industry in Ireland, the UK and Europe working with Innovative Real Time systems. They have been awarded the 'Innovation in IT' Award for several years running as well as being nominated for one of the fastest growing companies in Ireland. They are also currently building a global partner network to distribute software into new international markets. They are currently have an immediate opportunity for a Senior QA Engineer to join their expanding team.
Requirements include:
• 4+ years’ experience
• Software Testing Qualification Required
• Good problem solving and analytical skills.
• UX Testing experience desirable
• Ui Path experience desirable
• Knowledge of 1 of the following languages: Java , PHP, Ruby, javascript, VB.net
• Ability to script Automated Tests

Duties & Responsibilities
• Review and analyse client-specific system requirements
• Prepare & Execute Test Plans
• Review UX & Usability of the system
• Work with the Development team & Project Managers to understand and prioritise system testing efforts
• Define system test scenarios, create system test plans and execute manual system test scripts
• Evaluate solution developed to match the specifications
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Work in conjunction with the development team to identify potential future improvements to the overall process
• Document the solutions under test
• Participate in project team meetings when required
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of the delivered solutions
