Senior AWS Cloud Engineer

We are currently working with a multinational software company based in Galway who are looking to expand their team with the hiring of a new AWS DevOps Engineer.

They are a well established organisation who are responsible for some best in class software security products and after some recent investment, they are looking to expand a number of their technical teams.

The role is fully remote for now and will continue to have excellent remote flexibility for the foreseeable future.

There are a number of large scale projects on the horizon as our client looks to move to a more Microservices focused architecture.

You will also be given the freedom to automate and reconfigure their existing product to improve robustness and reliability, and ensure that our client is always pushing the boundaries at the forefront of technical innovation.

Skills/Requirements

* 3+ years hands on AWS experience (AWS Certs desirable)
* Experience working with AWS EC2, Cloudwatch, S3 etc
* Knowledge of Prometheus would be highly desirable.
* Excellent Terraform Skills.
* Hands on Python or go experience.
* Strong Kubernetes knowledge.
