Network Engineer

Limerick - Strong rates (Contract)

Daily rate contract - 6 months with a strong likelihood of extensions.

Reperio Human Capital is seeking for a Network Engineer working for one of our financial services clients, based in Limerick. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Network Engineer who wishes to join a vibrant IT team for an immediate requirement.

Requirements;

* Minimum 4+ years' hands-on experience working in a Network Engineer role or equivalent
* Network implementation/design experience (DHCP & DNS)
* Experience with router/switches/wireless and firewalls
* Familiar with network monitoring and asset management tools
* Understanding of network storage and data centre technologies
* Routing & switching experience
* Hands-on experience working with VoIP
* Networking troubleshooting
* An understanding and hands-on experience working with WAN, LAN & Wi-Fi
* Ability to communicate clearly with customers and management

Desirable qualifications;

* CISSP, VCP, CCNP, CCDP, MCSE or other relevant professional certifications preferred
