You must have expertise within software build & development environments or Application delivery in areas such as CRM, ERP, Enterprise software.
Managing 4 Project Teams with an IT Delivery Project Manager on each team, you will take responsibility for instilling program governance across projects, project roadmaps, act as part of the Design Authority, own the key Stakeholder Relationships and engage with Executive Management in the US & Ireland while reporting into the Head of Delivery.
Working directly with the Business Product Owners and Technical teams, you will be responsible for significant Enterprise software development & delivery projects with budgets in the €millions.
Essential Expertise Required:
* Senior Projects Manager or Program Manager within IT organisations, ideally engaged in Software Product Development or Software Projects Delivery
* Excellent Project management - governance, roadmap, risk, budget, delivery, etc
* Financial Services or Fintech experience preferred
* Agile expertise - Agile Project Management
* Background in Product Development, Software build or CRM / ERP application delivery
* Prior experience as a Scrum Master is desirable
* Excellent Communication & interfacing skills with Senior Management across both Business & Technical areas
Salary: €70-80K + bonus + benefits (negotiable)
