My Client Provides IT Solutions to a variety of schools and businesses throughout Ireland. They are currently seeking a Level 2 Field Service Engineer to join their knowledgeable team based in Tipperary who will work an 80km radius around Tipperary and its surrounding counties.

Responsibilities of the Level 2 Field Service Engineer Role:
• Strong customer service experience or Aptitude
• Third Level Technical qualification in related field
• Must have experience in a similar field service role
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Desktop, Server, Office 365, Virtualisation
• Experienced in Networking and Troubleshooting
• Firewall experience
• Full Clean Driving License
• Cabling and Broadband troubleshooting,
• LAN and Router configuration experience,
• PC / Laptop WIFI, end user support
• AD and Server experience
