Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service
* Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently
* Evaluate and prioritise tickets
* Provide in depth root cause analysis and communicate your finding to senior manager
* Escalate unresolved to senior colleagues
* Document all troubleshooting techniques
Key Requirements:
* Strong knowledge in one or more of the following development languages SQL, C#, .net.
* 2 years Helpdesk experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience working in a high-pressure environment
