AWS DevOps Engineer - Partial Remote
We are currently working with a multinational software company based in Galway who are looking to expand their team with the hiring of a new AWS DevOps Engineer. They are a well established organisation who are responsible for some best in class software security products and after some recent investment they are looking to expand a number of their technical teams.
The role is fully remote for now and will continue to have excellent remote flexibility for the foreseeable future.
There are a number of large scale projects on the horizon as my client look to move to a more Microservice focused architecture.
You will also be given the freedom to automate and reconfigure their existing product to improve robustness and reliability and ensure that our client is always pushing the boundaries at the forefront of technical innovation.
Desired Skills/Experience:
* 3-4 years hands on AWS experience (some Azure knowledge would be a bonus)
* Hands on experience with Terraform
* Strong CI/CD (Jenkins/git)
* Hands on work with Prometheus
* Strong Python experience
* Excellent communication skills and a passion for automation
* Previous experience working in a team spread across multiple locations
