Cyber Security Manager

I am working with a Cyber Security leader who has one of the best reputations due to the quality of service they provide and their technical capability. This role is ideally suited to someone who has come from a consultancy-based background and is very hands-on technically.

Key Responsibilities:

* Reporting to Senior Management about progression of various projects
* Lead a team of experienced security consultants on various projects acting as the highest level of escalation
* Aid in the creation of profitable business practice while ensuring that clients' needs are being met first
* Manage your team to ensure that all team members are being utilised while maintaining job satisfaction and career developments

Key Requirements:

* Strong penetration testing background
* Experience working in "Security Risk"
* Strong Network security knowledge
* Excellent communication skills to both technical and non-technical colleagues and clients.
* Excellent organizational skills including budget planning and root cause analysis
* Previous consultancy experience is vital

Desirable Skills:

* OSCP, CISSP PRINCE2, Agile
* Commercial/ management background
* Account management experience
* Experience working with a global team
