We pride ourselves on our superior customer focused service and are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our technical team supporting the technical/customer experience.

Our ideal candidate is a professional who has the drive to provide a high quality of technical service, passion for technology and a strong ability to communicate with our clients. They will have at least 3 year’s experience working with Office 365 / Microsoft 365, with a particular focus on Enterprise Mobility and Security. They must have an indepth knowledge of Microsoft 365 Security, Conditional Access, Data Loss Prevention and Compliance. 

Key Responsibilities

·         Providing onsite and remote technical support to clients in a mixture of environments including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure and Hybrid environments.

·         Project implementation including on-prem to cloud migration and cloud to cloud migration.

·         Deployment of EMS across desktops, laptops and mobile devices.

·         Implementation of Microsoft security including Conditional Access and Identity Management.

Skills & Experience required

·         Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

·         Experience in Microsoft 365 security features

·         Experience with Microsoft Azure and EMS.

·         Experience in SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive.

·         Experience with Server 2012, 2016, 2019.

·         Excellent written and spoken English language.

·         Good documentation skills.

·         Full driving license

Salary:

·          €40,000 – €60,000 DOE
