Join a fast-growing, ambitious, highly successful and multi-award-winning software company. As a Scrum Master, you will lead multiple SCRUM teams contributing features and functionality to 3 main product platforms.

You will be an integral team player enabling the agile journey and building, creating, and shaping security products that are used throughout the world. You will ensure that the teams are high performing with respect to Agile/SCRUM guidelines and best practices in a scaled agile framework. You will also be an active contributor to driving adoption and continuous improvement of Agile/SCRUM across the organization.

The Role

· Lead day to day execution of activities of multiple scrum teams

· Ensure full end to end delivery of features from inception through to solution testing and release

· Collaborate with Product Management to prioritize product backlog and turn the roadmap vision into reality

· Facilitate daily stand-ups with team, including stakeholders

· Facilitate sprint and release planning sessions and provide sprint commitment updates to the business team and customers, including comprehensive use of KPIs

· Work with the CTO, Product and Development leaders as part of Product roadmap definition and release planning

· Facilitate retrospective meetings and track actions to closure

· Assist development team and analysts to refine product functionality and product backlog user stories

· Adopt a tenacious approach to delivery, ensuring agreed scope is delivered

· Radiate team communications and impediments to release and program-level teams

· Communicate progress, raise risks or issues to Management team and Stakeholders as necessary

· Shield team from external influences not relevant to current sprint work

· Facilitate continuous improvement both in the delivery effort and implementation of agile

Your background

· Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach

· Experienced in SAFe, Scrum and/or Kanban

· Experience in Software Engineering, DevOps and product development

· Strong sprint and release planning skills, and aligning these with product roadmap planning

· Experience in working in a continuous delivery software production environment

· Experienced in use of KPIs and metrics to communicate with stakeholders and drive team maturity · Working knowledge of cloud technologies, architecture, and trends is desirable but not essential
