Scrum Master, Permanent, Co Limerick

I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Scrum Master to join a multi national financial services and global governance company based in Co. Limerick. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2+ years specific Scrum Master experience and experience working on software development projects.

As a Scrum Master you will be a leader and coach for an Agile Team. You will help educate the team in Scrum, and SAFe, ensuring that the agreed Agile process is being followed. You will support the Product Team in their efforts to manage the product backlog and guide the team while facilitating a healthy team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope.

Experience / Skills;

Minimum 2+ years Scrum Master experience
Scrum Master with prior experience in Software Development.
Software development experience a plus
Experience working with Developers and testers on estimation.
Knowledge of Jira & Confluence would be an advantage

Salary / Benefits

€50,000 - €70,000 depending on experience
