Healthcare Professionals and Patients will be impacted by our Solution Design Manager who will lead design for the Centre of Excellence (CoE) ideation team. This is an exciting opportunity for a transformational leader to shape how digital services are designed in a high impact environment and help reimagine medicine! Designing new products and solutions from initial ideation stage through to build, the Solution Design Manager will manage the definition of new products, services and solutions for the digital Centre of Excellence team. Identifying and qualifying concepts for new products, you will manage the design process from ideation and proposals, through to requirement gathering, business cases and design. Responsibilities include: • Manage the design of new products and solutions from initial ideation stage through to build. • Lead the definition of new products, services and solutions for the digital Centre of Excellence team. • Identify and qualify concepts for new products, services and solutions. • Lead an Agile ideation team and ensure UX and design standards are defined to improve standardisation of solutions. • Manage the design of system solutions in alignment with design and architectural standards. • Drive design engagement and innovation in the CoE and supporting teams. • Ensure designs/prototypes and solutions adhere to IA roadmap. • Manage workshops and design sprints • Establish standardised design framework. Minimum requirements What you'll bring to the role: • 10+ years' experience in UX Design and strong experience managing design teams. • Proven track record delivering products and/or solutions from initial ideation phase through to build. • Experience identifying and qualifying innovative new digital products. • Excellent facilitator with experience managing workshops. • Strong design and prototyping skills. • Excellent stakeholder management. • Degree in UX/Design or related field.
