Office 365 Migration Engineer - Contract

Home based with travelling to sites

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Clemence Rogers are looking to recruit an Office 365 Migration Engineer with experience of working on medium/large scale Office 365 projects.

The role will consist of:

• Preparing each site by communicating with the managers/users in advance of the work

• Ensuring all pre-requisite checks are complete

• Action the migrations

• Attend site to hand hold the users and deal with any issues

Skills needed:

• Experience of Office 365 Migration programmes with a multi-site environment

• Experience of end to end Office 365 projects, including implementation, migration and service transition

• Microsoft Office 365/EMS/Windows 10 technical competency, possess an in-depth knowledge of Office 365 services and architecture

• Experience of Azure Active Directory in a hybrid environment would be an advantage.

• Experience of Microsoft Team would be an advantage.

• Understanding around the importance of cloud security and compliance concepts (e.g. common security attacks, privacy, GDPR, retention, eDiscovery etc)

• Must be a good communicator

• Must have very good people skills

• Experience with Mimecast Ingestion would be a benefit but training will be given
