Sales and Technical Support Role

First Line contact and response for new and existing customer

Key Responsibilities

First line response to Customer enquiries using email and telephone
Programming, charging, cleaning and sending radio equipment to customers
Trouble shoot and resolve basic technical and service issues for the customer
Providing sales quotes to customers in a timely manner
Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Occasionally make customer site visits where necessary to maintain the relationship with the customer
To liaise with the wider group to ensure that products and services offered meet customer requirements
Provide accurate and complete information to the Field salesperson by using the right methods/tools
Regularly update and maintain the Company database
Dealing with customer issues or concerns and finding positive outcomes
Maintain professional and technical knowledge of the industry including product development, key features, benefits and advantages of all core products and associated systems.
Appraise own performance and contribute towards own development of the knowledge & skills required to achieve resultsSkills and Experience

A third level qualification in an engineering/IT related subject
Technically competent with strong analytically and IT skills
Experience with RF, DAS systems and test equipment will be beneficial but not essential
Experience in a technical role and a willingness to support the sales activity
Willingness to learn technical product details
Customer focused with an emphasis on exceeding customer expectations
Likeable, customer focused and commercially aware
Ability to work alone of as part of a team
A full clean driver's licence
