Contract Telephony Architect (Avaya / AWS) required to join a leading multinational based in Dublin 18. This is a long term rolling 6 month contract, expected to run 24 months at least. Responsibilities

·         Develop designs for voice solutions that provide a complete, consolidated design for integrating with 3

rd

party voice solutions

·         Work closely with stakeholder teams / vendors / partners throughout the process included design review and operational readiness testing

·         Supervision of testing resources for Proof-of-Concept tests

·         Apply best practices for design and operational support

·         Long term strategic planning for evolutionary development

Requirements

·         Architectural development of Voice solutions on Cloud (AWS ideally)  

·         Experience maintaining Avaya platform

·         3+ years of Voice (VoIP), SIP more specifically but also TDM / PBX protocols

·         Good understanding of IP, MPLS and Ethernet Technologies

·         Good written and verbal skills

·         Strong documentation, project management and analytic skills

·         Strong cross-functional team player

·         Certifications a bonus, especially Voice certifications (i.e. CCIE or CCNA) and Security etc
