Our client is looking for a talented individual to join there expanding team. They require a Level1-2 engineer to join their telecoms support team. This company is continuing to expand even in this difficult time, if you have experience in cloud-based VOIP systems, networking, firewalls and want to be exposed to the newest technology then this is the company for you!
Provide excellent customer service on various platforms i.e. telephone, email and on-site
update client on time scales and explain potential fixes
Respond to Field Service calls
Installation of hosted and conventional telephone systems
Configuration of routers and firewalls
Configuration and support of products
Responding to tickets and calls as quick as possible whilst maintaining the highest level of customer serviceKey Requirements:
2 years' experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
Field work experience (cabling experience)
Cloud based VOIP and ConnectWise experience advantageous
