We are looking for a Field Support Engineer to work with our client, providing support to a number of sites.

Responsibilities

* Project Delivery from initial scope to handover
* Providing Support both remotely and on client site
* Incident/escalation management

Requirements

* Minimum 1+ year experience providing technical support in a Windows environment
* Experience working with VMWare
* Experience supporting Microsoft Applications (Office 365, Exchange, etc)
* Experience working with various Windows Operating Systems
* Full drivers license is an essential requirement
