A leading Technology Services and Telecoms company is looking for 2nd Line Support engineer to be based at their Dublin offices but working from home while under Pandemic conditions to take care of BAU and isupport tickets on server/desktop/networks infrastructure serving users across Europe
We are looking ideally for someone who might be ITIL accredited, Microsoft certified and perhaps Cisco Certified and with a background of 2-3 years in 2nd line support Experience with either a services company or an end user of a similar size would suit.
Ideally, we're looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in administration, fault finding/resolutions and management of TCP/IP Firewalling (iptables, ASA, Clavister, ) Ethernet Networking Load balancing ( CitrixNetscaler, Juniper DX, ) Linux OS (Redhat, SuSE, ) Solaris OS Windows OS Network security (IDS) Apache, MySQL SQLServer, IIS, AD, MOM, Exchange, VMWare Storage (EMC, Equallogic, Netapp, We're after a professional attitude and good levels of communication. Other activities include support of migration tools in addition to support duties on networking security products.
