TalentScope Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of our client in Dublin South, is seeking applications for a Junior Project Manager to work on multiple small projects with their clients, partners and internal teams.
*Managing multiple small to medium projects running concurrently.
*Working with Senior Project Manager to assist with smooth running of projects.
*Ensuring that projects are on-time/scope and budget.
*Defining project tasks and resource requirements
*Developing detailed project plans.
*Measuring project progress and delivering reports re same
*Managing the Project tracking tool and provide weekly and monthly reports from same.
*Ability to understand the Project scope and identify opportunities to expand the scope where appropriate.
*Creation and maintenance of project documentation (within IT projects).
*Liaise with Sales/Business Development teams with respect to costings/documentation
*2-3 years of recent expertise in Project Management within the IT Sector/IT Security Sector specifically.
*Experience working in a Project Management role in Ireland/Knowledge of the local landscape.
*Experience working within the IT Security/Cyber Security area (Essential).
*Project Management Certification essential - Prince2 Foundation ideally
*Excellent communication skills - to clients, partners, internal teams - written and verbal
*Excellent Documentation skills (MS-Project, MS-Excel)
*ITIL Certification (desirable)
*Agile processes experience and agile methodologies experience
*Strong problem solving skills and pro-active approach to problem solving.
*Strong business/commerical acumen and awareness of cost/budgets/efficiencies
*Strong technical understanding of projects within IT Products/IT Services required.
*Strong ability to track project timelines and progress in terms of timelines.
*Excellent reporting skills - ability to produce accurate reports weekly and monthly in terms of progress.
*Fluency in English is essential.
This role will not support a work permit application - candidates must be currently eligible to work in Ireland and hold an EU passport or Stamp 4 work permit at present.
