Senior CX/UX Researcher

GemPool's client is one of Ireland's leading digital agencies who provide clients with tailored omni-channel solutions ranging from customer experience and product innovation to digital transformation.

They are looking to hire a Senior CX researcher to join their Digital Performance team who are delivering insights and solutions for some of the biggest brands in Ireland. The successful candidate will join a team which is a unique blend of certified analysts, UX designers & developers. The Digital Performance team creates data and research- led insights in a structured method to constantly improve conversion and experiences for clients products.

Role Responsibilities
Working collaboratively with product managers, UX designers, developers & data scientists to continuously identify opportunities for user research
Strategise & communicate the research plan, objectives and approach
Identify the right research methods based on business and design goals
Always advocate for the user while keeping business goals in mind
Conduct end-to-end user research studies including planning, recruitment, execution analysis and reporting key findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Use your findings to influence product decisions and the roadmap
Identify new opportunities for user research within existing client Digital Programs and present best in class approach.
Excellent presentation, communication & collaboration skills
Presenting to C-level execs
Broad toolset of research methodologies & techniques
Be a champion for UX research
Be curious about user behaviourRole Requirements
A minimum of 3+ years' experience in a similar position
3rd level qualification in a relevant IT discipline.
Knowledge of Web Development techniques and processes.
Ability to identify & implement industry best practices to improve existing processes
Strong analysis, problem resolution, judgment and decision-making skills
Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Must be able to work independently.
Well-developed sense of urgency and follow-through
Can adapt to new skills and challenges in a fast-paced environment
Must be available to work on site with clients located in Dublin City CentreFamiliar / Bonus
Experience working in the Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) space, understand user behaviour through data analytics, A/B testing and suggesting ideas to enhance both site performance and customer experience
Ability to lead a design thinking workshop with stakeholders
Experience in creating CX journey maps, user flows, wireframes, etc
Experience with Invision, Sketch or Figma
Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland either through having a Stamp 4/1G Visa or EU Citizenship.
