Our client is seeking an IT Support Engineer from a pharmaceutical background to join their managed service team for a site-based project in Cork. You will be responsible for implementing changes and managing the day to day issues that arise on validated Computerised Instruments in QCL Labs and Manufacturing Operations.
* Maintain the incident queue in Service Now and manage & resolve issues.
* Initiate and implement Change Control activities
* Investigate and troubleshoot problems which occur and determine solutions
* Generate computer system validation documentation
* 3+ years' experience in an IT Support role
* Pharmaceutical background
* Experience working in a Win 7/10 environment
* Experience of server and workstation platforms
