The ICT Specialist, at Executive Officer level, is an entry level role which offers you the opportunity for a career in ICT in some of the largest organisations in the State. The areas we are recruiting for include:
- Software Development
- Infrastructure and Operations
- Networks and Cyber Security
A panel will be formed from this competition to fill vacancies in Civil Service Departments and Offices and ICT Specialist roles in other organisations such as the State Laboratory and An Garda Síochána. It is envisaged that the majority of vacancies arising over the lifetime of the panel will be located in Dublin. However, a limited number of vacancies may also arise in regional locations which may be filled from this panel.
