We are recruiting for an IT Help Desk/Road Engineer to join our expanding Support Team. The team is responsible for on-site installations/Support Calls and providing Telephone/Remote Access Helpdesk Support.
Candidate Profile:
Candidates must have some experience in an IT/Engineer Support role. Must have a full driving licence and skills and practical experience in the following areas is an preferred but not essential:
· Trouble-Shooting issues with OS/Printers and User Errors
· Configuration and Administration of Routers, Firewalls and VPNs
· Good problem solving and trouble-shooting skills
· Good communication skills with fluent spoken and written English
· Ability to take ownership of issues and follow through to resolution
· Must be team player with strong customer service focus
Role & Responsibilities:
· Provide Remote and on-site Support to Clients
· Trouble-shoot issues relating to Servers, PCs, Laptops and Printers to include Connectivity, Email, Security, Permissions, Data backups etc.
· Ensure excellent customer service is provided to Clients
· Office and client site position
Salary: Competitive 25-35k salary depending on experience and qualifications. Company van, phone and computer provided.
