Senior Java Developer Dublin City Centre

To join a very well respected and established employer in Dublin City Centre, this role will suit a senior Java Developer with experience across the stack, bringing 7-10 years of solid development experience to bear on existing processes, from Spring to Javascript (Jquery).

The specific area is within a very large customer facing portal, working closely with Business Analysts and Architects to document and develop API solutions, constantly improving the customer experience but also to mentor junior team members (lead by example) and have a keen eye for TDD.

Candidates should have:

• 7+ years of post grad commercial experience

• Exceptional communication skills - native level English will be required

• Application Server experience (Tomcat preferably)

• Spring to JS full stack experience

• API Development and documentation expertise (REST API)

• Ideally experience working on large scale multiuser systems

• Messaging knowledge (MQ) and NoSQL will be advantageous
