FRS are delighted to announce a new Software Engineering Manager position with our long term client partner in Limerick. This role is managing between 10 and 20 direct reports in a truly agile environment.

Requirements:

* Degree in computer science, or equivalent
* Minimum of 10 years software delivery experience in an enterprise environment.
* At least 3 years of this should have been spent in a managerial position in an agile environment.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Good skills and knowledge of facilitation, continuous improvement, empowerment, and transparency.
* Deep knowledge of agile methodologies - Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
* Knowledge and experience with agile development concepts and techniques - automated testing, user stories, TDD, continuous integration, continuous delivery, pairing, etc.
* Experience working in a DevOps environment.
