I have an urgent opening that my client is looking to fill ASAP, in fact, you could be in your new role for the end of next week! This role will be with a company and industry that is different and more interesting than previous roles you may have worked in. They have just released a new system that you will be expected to look after.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide first-line support to a wide range of applications, systems, and infrastructure within the company
* Effective and timely communication with all involved parties
* User Support, Applications & Helpdesk
* Provide 1st line production support for business applications
* Analysing problems, including root cause analysis
* Liaising and troubleshooting issues with senior members of the IT Department

Key Requirements:

* Good Active Directory Skills
* Strong communicator
* Experience supporting Windows 7 & 10 desktops
* Experience supporting Office365 with strong MS Outlook skills
* Experience with Apps on both iOS and Android operating systems
* Experience with Databases (MySQL) and DB Management Tools (phpMyAdmin)
