Business Systems Analyst required for our Cork based client. This a well-known Pharmaceutical company that prides itself on working with leading technologies within the Pharma industry. They are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to work on the implementation of a third party risk management (TPRM) system. The ideal candidate will have strong agile experience, excellent communication and influencing skills and previous experience working on a large scale integration project.
What is involved:
- Collaborate with cross functional Teams to build the process
- Perform Requirements gathering task and create user stories
- Act as the primary subject matter expert (SME) on business processes and translate these to technical Solutions
- Monitor technology updates and releases to anticipate any issues that may arise as a result and plan accordingly
- Own and manage the project technology roadmap to drive optimisation and cost savings
- Ensure best practices are in place to achieve highest standards within daily operations
- Actively work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and compliant processes
What is required:
- 4+ years’ experience is a business Analyst/PM role
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Previous experience implementing TPRM system or other enterprise software integration project
- Experience working in an Agile environment working with cross Functional teams
- Practical experience conducting requirements gathering, creating user stories and project delivery
- Strong understanding of different systems landscapes and how they interact with each other
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with strong business acumen
