We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to be part of a fast-paced customer service team. You will be responsible for incoming issues via phone or email.
Responsibilities
* Managing and Updating call logs
* Diagnosing issues and providing feedback to clients on technical issues
* Maintain positive relationships between the wider IT Team and clients
* Act as a point of escalation for technical issues
* Perform root cause if known or steps for investigation
* Perform immediate fix or escalate further as required
Requirements
* Minimum 2+ years' experience working in a Technical Support position
* Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues in a timely manner
* Basic knowledge of SQL
* Experience using CRM systems to log issues and steps taken
* Experience providing support via phone and email
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word
