Technical Skills

2 years plus Desktop/Helpdesk support experience.

Experience of Microsoft Windows, Outlook and Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

PC/Laptop builds, software installs and printer trouble shooting

Support mobile devices

Excellent troubleshooting skills

Strong customer service skills

Team player
