Junior Engineer

Our client is looking for a talented individual to join there expanding team. They require a Level1-2 engineer to join their telecoms support team. This company is continuing to expand even in this difficult time, if you have experience in cloud-based VOIP systems, networking, firewalls and want to be exposed to the newest technology then this is the company for you!

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide excellent customer service on various platforms i.e. telephone, email and on-site
* update client on time scales and explain potential fixes
* Respond to Field Service calls
* Installation of hosted and conventional telephone systems
* Configuration of routers and firewalls
* Configuration and support of products
* Responding to tickets and calls as quick as possible whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service

Key Requirements:

* Degree educated
* 2 years' experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
* Networking experience
* Field work experience (cabling experience)
* Cloud based VOIP and ConnectWise experience advantageous
* Full drivers' licence
